A rare live recording of Prince & The Revolution from 1985 has arrived as a new 4-disc collector's edition from the Controversy label!
At the time, Prince & The Revolution were at the peak of their powers—having taken the world by storm with the *Purple Rain* album and film—and they performed a six-show run in Daly City, California. This release features the concerts from March 3rd and the final show on March 5th, sourced from newly unearthed, high-quality audience recording masters. With The Time and Sheila E. making guest appearances on "Baby I'm a Star" during both shows, this is a highly recommended release that truly captures Prince at his absolute best!
