This release serves as a tribute to Pat Martino, who sadly passed away on November 1, 2021. It features two high-quality soundboard recordings, both showcasing an organ trio format. Master guitarist Pat Martino delivers beautiful, evocative renditions of classic compositions by legendary figures such as Wes Montgomery, Thelonious Monk, John Coltrane, Horace Silver, and Sonny Rollins. A must-listen for fans of jazz guitar and soul-jazz. Pour yourself a bourbon, sit back, and join us in honoring the memory of the great Pat Martino.
