Nickelback, the global, chart-topping band from Canada, returned to Japan in support of their ninth studio album, *Feed the Machine*! This release features a complete recording of the opening night of their 2019 world tour—held on February 6th at Zepp Osaka Bayside—captured with exceptional, ultra-high-quality sound that rivals a professional soundboard recording, offering an incredibly immersive and powerful listening experience! This release perfectly recreates a blissful live experience with an incredibly cool, high-octane sound—featuring rich, realistic vocals and guitar, a powerful rhythm section with a thick low end, and a flawless stereo image! The atmosphere is captured so vividly it’s as if the entire venue has been vacuum-sealed, and the goosebump-inducing roars from the crowd are simply irresistible! Naturally, it also features the meticulous mastering characteristic of the Sylph label—a truly excellent production! The setlist is a surprise, containing only one track from their ninth album, "Feed the Machine," while the rest is a parade of classic hits! With two songs in the set rotating each night, this particular performance includes "Where Do I Hide" and "If Everyone Cared." Fans of the album "All the Right Reasons" will be delighted to find six tracks from that record included! True to their reputation as a stellar live act, the band—and especially frontman Chad—keeps things lively with plenty of banter: Ryan ad-libs a bit of Jason Mraz’s "I’m Yours" before "Rockstar"; Chad teases Ryan about his beard, comparing it to a country singer’s or ZZ Top’s; he playfully harps on a fan’s pronunciation of the word "f*ckin’"; and he keeps pestering their longtime associate Bradley for more drinks! The band’s performance is tight and brimming with groove—simply superb! This 1-hour-and-40-minute tour de force is an absolute must-listen for any fan; we guarantee a blissful experience! Brought to you by the Sylph label with beautiful cover art and top-tier sound, this is the definitive document of their Osaka show—a memorial item that every fan needs to own!
