This release captures the live performance held at CC Lemon Hall in Tokyo—the final show of the tour and an additional date added to the "30th Anniversary Japan Tour 2010." Marking the 30th-anniversary milestone, the touring lineup featured Michael Schenker's favorite vocalist, Gary Barden, and the renowned Simon Phillips on drums. Given Michael Schenker's history of encountering various troubles during Japanese tours, there were concerns about whether the tour would actually happen; however, the band successfully completed five shows (including the additional date), and the performance at Nakano Sunplaza on January 13th was even selected for an official release—a truly generous treat for fans. This recording captures the entire show—from the opening number through the encore—of the additional concert held on January 17 at Tokyo's Shibuya C.C. Lemon Hall. It features a passionate, full-force performance by the Michael Schenker Group, with Schenker himself delivering a superb, rock-solid performance as the band expressed their gratitude to the fans on this final tour date. Unlike an official release, this is an audience recording that captures the raw, immersive atmosphere of the venue; it offers a unique listening experience filled with the palpable tension of a live show. Regarding sound quality, despite being an audience recording, it boasts excellent clarity and a well-balanced mix. While the sound is somewhat unstable during the opening track, "Feels Like A Good Thing" (with sudden volume drops), the rest of the concert is captured in top-notch, consistent quality.
