This recording captures a live performance at the Forum in Inglewood, California, during the US tour supporting the August 14, 1975 release of the album *There's One in Every Crowd*. Having recovered from drug addiction and resumed touring in 1974—along with releasing a new album—Clapton was at the peak of his momentum during this period. His live performances in the late 70s possessed a driving energy that naturally compels the listener to move to the rhythm. Musically, one can hear an aggressive playing style reminiscent of his Cream days. Regarding sound quality, it is a powerful soundboard (SBD) recording; however, unfortunately, there are a few spots where the audio skips during "Layla." The other tracks are flawless, allowing you to fully enjoy a magnificent concert. Despite the skips on "Layla," this remains a highly recommended release.
