This release captures the live performance at Osaka-jo Hall in Osaka on November 19, 2001—his 15th tour of Japan. As part of the world tour supporting the new album *Reptile*—which was selling well—the band performed three tracks from the record ("Reptile," "Got You On My Mind," and "I Want a Little Girl"). The show gets off to a very relaxed start, with each song performed with care, and one can sense the audience truly enjoying the concert. A notable feature is that the classic "Layla" is performed twice: once in an acoustic version and once in an electric version. It is unclear whether this was a spontaneous decision born of satisfaction with the show's flow or part of the original setlist, but such a move was unprecedented in his past tours of Japan. Regarding sound quality: although it is an audience recording, the balance between the cheers and the music is excellent, and the audio is remarkably clear and well-captured.
