This release captures the live performance by Black Sabbath at the Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas, on July 27, 2013, as part of their 2013 US tour (part of the 2012–2013 reunion shows). The tour resumed after a two-month break following their appearance at Ozzfest 2013 in Japan; having taken that time to fully recharge both mentally and physically, the band delivers a truly powerful performance. Fueled by the strong sales of *13*—their first studio album in 18 years—the band members are clearly energized, resulting in a high-octane show; three songs from the *13* album are featured in the setlist. Regarding sound quality: although it is an audience recording, the audio is very stable, offering excellent clarity and a vivid sense of atmosphere.
