The Necromancer series reissues rare titles from a handmade label by collectors for collectors, which was only distributed in very limited quantities, using officially acquired, legitimate masters. Introducing the "Locked Room" label, specializing in rock and pop.

This is a live recording of Ana Popovich. She's not often seen in collector's items, but she's a truly authentic blues guitarist. Contrary to her appearance, she shouts and plays with wild abandon. She's full throttle from the opening instrumental number. The seamless transition into "Work Song" sounds like Nina Simone or Stevie Ray Vaughan. The band is perfectly in sync, switching songs like the James Browns. It's an audience recording with some close-up cheers, but you're instantly drawn into the live performance and that doesn't matter at all.
