This release features a complete, faithful reproduction—including the *obi* strip—of the final seven titles from the BMM label, originally issued in 2008. They are now available at a new, more accessible price point.
This is the Allan Holdsworth Band, featuring the highly skilled drummer Chad Wackerman—known for his work with Frank Zappa and Sting—alongside Allan Holdsworth, a guitar virtuoso and a leading figure in the progressive fusion scene. The recording captures a live performance from April 8, 2008. Although sourced from an audience recording, it has been remastered to achieve excellent sound quality. Track 3, an epic 20-minute piece that unfolds like a vivid, persistent daydream gradually intensifying in heat, is well worth a listen.
