This release captures the final show of Ozzy Osbourne's first-ever Japan tour on July 15, 1982, at Sun Plaza Hall in Tokyo. Following the tragic loss of Randy Rhoads and the completion of the remaining tour dates with Bernie Tormé as a stand-in, the band revamped its lineup; the performance recorded here—from the final night of that first Japanese tour—is a magnificent, high-energy concert that makes you want to shout out that they have made a triumphant comeback. Guitarist Brad Gillis delivers an impressive performance, and with the other members also showcasing their respective solo spots, it is a thoroughly entertaining show. Regarding sound quality: although it is an audience recording, the audio is excellent; there is no extreme tone manipulation, and the clarity and sense of atmosphere are remarkably stable.
