--- This release features a live recording from Jeff Beck's June 2, 1999, concert at the International Forum in Tokyo, Japan. This tour featured the talented female guitarist Jennifer Batten and took place following the release of the studio album *Who Else*; consequently, Jeff’s energy level is noticeably high. With a supporting guitarist handling some of the rhythm work, Jeff is free to focus on his own guitar performance, delivering a relaxed, playful, and inspired set. As a bonus, the second half of a concert from April 18, 1999—performed in Oakland, USA, just prior to the Japan tour—is included. This allows listeners to enjoy tracks like "Led Boots" (not featured in the main Tokyo set) with high audio quality derived directly from the master source, rivaling that of a soundboard (SBD) recording. The overall sound quality is excellent and consistent throughout.
