The "Necromancer" series—which reissues rare titles from niche, collector-focused, handmade labels using official master recordings—now expands to include the "Black Lodge" DVD series. These rare titles are being brought back at an accessible price point, marked with a special reissue emblem.

This release features a professional-shot live performance by Jan Garbarek, one of the definitive saxophonists of the ECM label. The concert took place in 1987 in Sweden—the heartland of the ECM sound—within a venue that possesses a distinct, evocative atmosphere. The lineup includes Eberhard Weber and Nana Vasconcelos, both of whom were frequent collaborators with Garbarek on various ECM sessions. The disc also contains a rare 1974 bonus track, featuring pianist Bobo Stenson and the essential ECM drummer Jon Christensen—a performance not to be missed.
