This release captures the live performance from Eric Clapton's 2011 US tour, recorded on March 9th at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California. Shows were held at the Gibson Amphitheatre on both the 8th and the 9th, and both were outstanding concerts. As it was the same venue, there were some changes to the setlist for the 9th: "Tell the Truth" (performed on the 8th) was swapped out for "Before You Accuse Me," and "Crossroads" was performed as the encore. With only three days of the US tour remaining, the energy levels of both Eric and the audience showed no signs of slowing down; the crowd roared with excitement, fueled by the consistently spirited and grooving sound. Regarding sound quality, this is an audience recording that is well-balanced; free from muddiness, it offers a great sense of atmosphere and clarity, making for a very enjoyable listening experience.
