This release captures the live performance at The Summit in Houston, Texas, on June 24, 1977, during Aerosmith's US tour. It showcases the band at a time when they had achieved a massive global breakthrough thanks to the hit album *Rocks*; the concert took place while they were in the midst of producing *Draw the Line* (released in December 1977). Historical records indicate this was a period when their drug addiction was at its peak, yet they delivered a spectacular, high-energy stage show. As this was arguably their most popular era, they performed tracks such as "Draw the Line" prior to its official release. Bonus tracks feature audience recordings of the best performances from their August 27, 1977 set at the Reading Festival in Europe.
