Sonata Arctica came to Japan to tour in support of their new album, *The Day of Grays*!
This release features a complete recording of the January 13th Osaka show from that 2009 tour—their first in Japan in about two and a half years—captured in superb, high-fidelity sound that delivers incredible impact and a true "live" atmosphere.
The band delivered a performance spanning approximately 90 minutes with a setlist that perfectly balanced tracks from the new album with their classic hits. Highlights unique to the live experience include an interpolation of a Bonnie Tyler song during "FullMoon" and an a cappella rendition of "We Will Rock You" during the encore, making for a thoroughly enjoyable listen!
