This release features the performance at Neue Welt in Berlin, Germany, from the Scorpions' 1979 European tour (February 28). This performance dates from Michael Schenker's brief tenure with the band—specifically during the *Lovedrive* promotional tour. Given the short duration of his time in the lineup, recordings from this period are extremely rare and seldom found on the market, making this an essential item for fans. As the show took place shortly after the album's release, Michael was in excellent form, resulting in a compelling performance from start to finish. The release also includes 11 soundboard (SBD) tracks as a bonus, recorded live in Lanchester, UK, in 1977 during Uli Jon Roth's tenure. While the audio reflects the era of the recording, the mastering process has been optimized to deliver stable, high-quality sound that directly captures the atmosphere and realism of the live event.
