April 12, 1993 (early morning)
This release presents the definitive soundboard recording of the Act I Tour aftershow at the DNA Lounge—a performance that went ahead despite Prince suffering from bronchitis and his throat being in terrible condition.
The concert that took place prior to this is featured on the following title:

Prince pushed his throat to the limit during this electrifying live show, yet he performed nonetheless. While his voice is indeed raspy, he handles the lower registers while still nailing the shouts, resulting in a performance that offers a different kind of charm compared to the usual Prince. Highlights include tracks from the New Power Generation's *Gold Nigga*, songs from the post-name-change era, and the jazzy instrumental "Starlight Lounge," which can only be heard here. His voice sounds hoarse and pained, yet raw; this quality, combined with the venue's atmosphere, creates a magnificent listening experience. The band members support Prince with laughter and jokes, delivering superb bass playing and a live version of "What Is Hip?" that ranks among the best ever heard, as they race through the setlist.
For this release, multiple master sources have been utilized to present the DNA Lounge aftershow in the best possible quality across two CDs. To begin with, the Sabotage master recording is used for tracks ranging from "The Sacrifice Of Victor" to "Peach." "Gold Nigga" is an edited version that incorporates the leaked audio from the Sabotage release. "Black MF In The House" is the longest available version, featuring a compilation of various opening MC segments. All other tracks are sourced from Sabotage; the fade-outs found on *Easter Miracle* have been skillfully spliced together, and "When You Were Mine" has been supplemented using audio from the Wolfgang source. Finally, an audience recording of "Gold Nigga"—believed to be from the DNA Lounge—is included.
