This *Ram: "Now Hear This" 55th Anniversary Edition* features a debut anniversary mix, carefully selected outtakes and rare tracks (previously unreleased officially) in state-of-the-art remastering, and a collection of valuable promotional audio and broadcast mono singles. CD1 presents the "Anniversary New Mix"—a debut 55th-anniversary mix created through multitrack editing of the original masters. While previous reissues, box sets, and the 50th-anniversary edition have offered remastered versions, this release utilizes the latest AI stereo demixing technology for multitrack editing; this results in superior instrument separation and a mix where vocals and instruments stand out with greater clarity. The latter half includes the single "Another Day" (also in the new mix style), two live tracks previously available only via limited streaming, and "Now Hear This Song of Mine"—taken from the promotional radio spot *Brung to Ewe By*—along with various segment versions. CD2, titled "Outtakes and Rarities," compiles tracks left off the original album and related rarities. It features newly remastered versions of known unreleased material, focusing on subtle mix variations and alternate takes; with its upgraded sound quality, this is an essential collection for fans. The second half compiles monaural tracks taken from promotional singles originally issued for radio airplay.
