A complete, high-fidelity recording of the October 2, 2002, Osaka show—the sixth date of their 2002 Japan tour!!
Coming right after the Fukuoka show, fans were understandably anxious, but the band delivered a solid, trouble-free performance.
Noel is in great form! With excellent sound quality and a vivid, immersive atmosphere, this one comes highly recommended!!

[Review from a music magazine]
Before the show, the audience was buzzing about the shocking events of the previous night’s Fukuoka concert, with everyone wondering, "Will Liam actually show up?"
But as soon as the band—Liam included—appeared during the intro, "Fuckin’ In The Bushes," the crowd’s excitement reached a fever pitch.
During "Hello," the audience sang along so loudly to Noel’s line, "It’s good to be back," that it completely drowned out his own voice! The transitions between songs were brief, keeping the live performance flowing smoothly and rhythmically. During "The Hindu Times," there were a couple of brief instances of feedback—moments that, for me, were a bit nerve-wracking.
As soon as the "one, two" count-in for the intro of "Go Let It Out" began, the crowd erupted into a massive singalong. Liam was in good form; at the end of the song, he even applauded the audience—a gesture that suggested he was, to a significant extent, back to his usual self.
The transformation was so striking—leaving one to wonder what on earth had happened the previous day—that the audience itself seemed taken aback.
A highlight of the night was "Morning Glory." Both Liam’s vocals and the band’s performance were superb, matched by an incredible singalong from the crowd.
During "Stop Crying Your Heart Out"—which began with Gem on the piano—the audience started singing Noel’s parts. However, when Liam missed his cue to come in, he remained silent for about two phrases, causing the audience to stop singing in momentary surprise. It seems the previous day’s show in Fukuoka remains an unforgettable nightmare for the fans in Osaka, too.
Then came "Wonderwall." During the chorus, the crowd belted out "You’re my wonderwall"—but one person in the audience added a brilliant, creative vocal arrangement that fit the song perfectly. It was an amusing sight, but also so impressive that I have to include it as a highlight of the evening.
