This release features a live performance from 1989 at the Philharmonie in Munich, West Germany, remastered from an audience master recording. Among the many available recordings of his shows, this particular performance has historically been considered to be on the "poorer" end of the spectrum in terms of sound quality—which is precisely why this upgrade is so significant. The improvement is quite noticeable, making it well worth replacing any previous version you may own.
