These are demo recordings created with the participation of Cozy Powell for *Assault Attack*—the fourth album by the Michael Schenker Group (M.S.G.). The band had garnered significant attention and acclaim at the time, particularly with the later addition of Rainbow vocalist Graham Bonnet; however, Cozy Powell actually departed the group before the album was fully completed. Although these demos were produced by the trio of Michael Schenker, Cozy Powell, and Chris Glen, the material feels remarkably polished even at this stage. It is a fascinating item, offering raw, powerful performances that differ slightly from the final official release, including parts that were later altered. You can fully enjoy their superb musicianship—akin to a live studio session—unencumbered by keyboards or vocals. The tracks appear to be remastered, allowing for an excellent listening experience.
