This release features a performance by Blue Öyster Cult from their 2020 North American tour, recorded on February 21st at the Tarrytown Music Hall in Tarrytown, NY. The tour took place concurrently with the recording of their new album, just before the global music industry entered a period of suspension due to the pandemic—a time when live concerts were still possible. The audience in attendance was highly enthusiastic, and the band, clearly motivated, delivered a fantastic sound. The setlist focuses on classic hits, resulting in a solid, well-structured, and highly enjoyable live performance. The sound quality is derived from an audience recording; it is clear, direct, and consistently high-fidelity.
