This recording captures the Alcatrazz performance at Eleven in Stoke-on-Trent, UK, on November 18, 2021. Although Alcatrazz was originally formed by Graham Bonnet, the band underwent numerous lineup changes and a split in 2020; this "new" Alcatrazz resumed activities under the leadership of guitarist Joe Stump, with Doogie White quickly stepping in as vocalist. Following the release of the studio album *V*, the band kicked off a UK-only tour in October. The performance recorded here is charged with high energy—fitting for a fresh start—delivering a powerful and dynamic stage show. While the sound retains echoes of the classic Graham Bonnet era, the change in frontman offers a distinct and appealing sonic experience, further enhanced by the high motivation and superb guitar work of Joe Stump. The setlist featured tracks from the new album, "MS Rainbow," and Alcatrazz songs—a selection that likely catered to fan preferences, perhaps reflecting the limited number of original tracks available. As for the sound quality, it is an audience recording that delivers clear, direct, and consistently high-quality audio for an enjoyable listening experience.
