Marking their first standalone Japan tour in 16 years—supporting the albums *Unlimited Love* and *Return of the Dream Canteen*—this release captures the February 21st Osaka show in superb, ultra-high audio quality, delivering immense power and a vivid sense of presence. This was the final stop of their 2023 Global Stadium Tour.
There is no distracting crowd chatter here; the recording perfectly recreates the blissful live experience with fantastic sound, featuring rich, realistic vocals and instrumentation. The atmosphere and the palpable sense of unity between the band and the audience are truly captivating! Naturally, this outstanding release features the meticulous mastering characteristic of the Sylph label—it is guaranteed to get you fired up!
In Osaka, the band performed tracks not included in the Tokyo set—such as "Around the World," "Dani California," "Scar Tissue," "Aquatic Mouth Dance," "Wet Sand," "The Heavy Wing," "Right on Time," and "What Is Soul"—and engaged in jamming throughout the show!
All the band members are in top form, but the guitar work from the returning John Frusciante is particularly fierce and cool—his axe is truly wailing!
It is packed with highlights! The energetic, electrifying performance by the Red Hot Chili Peppers—a monster band approaching its 40th anniversary—is absolutely superb, promising a blissful 1 hour and 50 minutes of music!
This is the definitive release for reliving the Osaka show, brought to you by the Sylph label with stunning cover art and top-notch sound quality!
