This release features a "hybrid SBD" (soundboard-based) recording of the KISS performance at the Kyocera Dome in Osaka, Japan, on December 17, 2019—part of their final Japan tour. As this was their last-ever Japanese show, the high level of motivation from the band members comes through clearly. The concert is highly entertaining, even featuring a guest appearance during the encore performance of "Beth." The sound quality is excellent and consistent throughout; as a hybrid SBD production, it offers a distinct appeal compared to a pure audience recording.
