--- This release captures the live performance from Eric Clapton's 2013 US tour, recorded on March 17 at the Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas. This tour marked a major return to the road and also served to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Clapton's debut; consequently, the setlist features an unusually diverse range of songs. The performance includes familiar live staples, the Derek and the Dominos track "Got To Get Better In A Little While," and "Gotta Get Over" from the new album *Old Sock* (released at the end of March). As for the quality of the show, Clapton displays his characteristic consistency and fluid guitar work—nothing short of magnificent. Having enjoyed a substantial period of rest before the tour, he delivers a relaxed and confident performance. The sound quality is excellent; being an audience recording, it offers a great sense of presence, a well-balanced mix, and consistent clarity.
