This is the latest live recording from Brad Mehldau, captured via a soundboard feed during a jazz festival in Moers, Germany, which was broadcast online in 2021. Following a performance in Paris the previous September—a setlist consisting almost entirely of Beatles covers that drew significant attention from rock and pop fans—Mehldau returns here with a compelling selection of songs. The set includes tracks by The Beatles, Neil Young, and John Coltrane, as well as the classic standard "Smoke Gets in Your Eyes," a melody familiar to almost everyone. The performance opens with "Karma Police," a standout track from Radiohead’s masterpiece album, *OK Computer*. While the original master contained some digital noise in the high-frequency range, this has been reduced as much as possible to ensure a comfortable listening experience, making it accessible even to those new to his work.
