This release features a soundboard recording of the live performance at the Capitol Theatre in Sydney, Australia, on November 27, 1980, during Black Sabbath's Australian tour. This was the band's first Australian tour following the departure of Ozzy Osbourne and the arrival of Ronnie James Dio. The band members are in high spirits; the performance showcases powerful, driving playing—highlighted by the transition from original drummer Bill Ward to the popular Vinny Appice. Ronnie James Dio is also at his absolute peak following his departure from Rainbow, delivering a barrage of magnificent vocal shouts. As a bonus, the set includes eight "best take" tracks from the Japan tour that took place just prior to this. Thanks to the soundboard source, the audio quality is consistently high.
