The legendary UK rock band The Stone Roses returned to Japan for the first time in four years! This release captures their miraculous two-night stand at the Budokan on April 21 and 22, 2017, featuring the original lineup. It is a superb "matrix" recording that blends IEM (In-Ear Monitor) feeds with audience sources.

Combining the directness of IEMs with a rich sense of live atmosphere, the audio quality is so exceptional that it could easily pass for an official soundboard recording! The setlist includes the new track "All For One" as well as songs they hadn't played on previous tours—such as "Mersey Paradise," "Sugar Spun Sister," "Bye Bye Badman," and "Elizabeth My Dear"—offering fans the delightful opportunity to hear every single track from their debut album, *The Stone Roses*.

While the setlist remains the same for both nights, you can fully savor the rock-solid groove of the Mani & Reni rhythm section, John’s increasingly steady guitar work, and Ian’s charismatic vocals (including moments where his pitch goes wildly off-key). You can also enjoy Ian’s amusing Japanese MC segments, such as "Genki desu ka?" (How are you?) and "Katagai tai" (I want to buy a shoulder/I want to buy a one-sided item?). With captivating jam sections on tracks like "Waterfall/Don't Stop," "Fools Gold," and "I Am the Resurrection," this historic three-hour performance is an absolute must-listen for fans! Brought to you by the Sylph label, this is the definitive release for reliving the Budokan shows, featuring beautiful artwork (including a picture disc and obi strip) and top-tier sound quality.
