This release captures the live performance by Ozzy Osbourne at OZZFEST JAPAN 2015 (held at Makuhari Messe, Chiba, Japan) on November 22, 2015. Originally scheduled as a Black Sabbath appearance, the band's set was cancelled at the last minute, leading to a hastily arranged performance billed as "Ozzy Osbourne and Friends" for the festival's final day. The resulting show is a highly entertaining, highlight-filled experience; Ozzy delivers a performance with overwhelming presence, and the guitar work from guests Tom Morello and Zakk Wylde is superb. The setlist also features numerous Black Sabbath tracks. Regarding sound quality, the recording was edited using multiple IEM sources combined with a soundboard-quality audience source to capture a realistic live atmosphere, resulting in consistently high-quality audio throughout.
