It features the complete performance from the Oregon State Fair in Salem, Oregon, on September 3, 2010, sourced from a superb-quality stereo soundboard recording leaked from an insider. This is a rare live release capturing the band during a pivotal transitional period: following the 2009 release of the album *God & Guns* and the passing of two members that same year, new members joined to launch a full-scale tour with this revamped lineup.
