This release features a soundboard recording of the concert held at Kyuden Kinen Taiikukan in Fukuoka, Japan, on February 4, 1977—the fourth show of Aerosmith's first-ever tour of the country. Having achieved a massive global breakthrough with the hit album *Rocks* and established a solid fanbase in Japan, the band finally delivered this long-awaited performance in Fukuoka. Their first-ever Japanese tour was a pivotal moment in Aerosmith's history. At the time, they were often compared to Queen and KISS; while they may have trailed those bands slightly in terms of media buzz, they were highly acclaimed as an authentic American rock band. The performance captured here directly conveys the band's immersion in a style of rock 'n' roll that was simple yet genuine. The raw intensity and power—qualities unique to this era and reflecting the band's growing confidence—are nothing short of spectacular. It is a magnificent concert. As a bonus, the release includes eight tracks from a New York show performed shortly after the 1974 release of their second album, *Get Your Wings*, all sourced from a soundboard (SBD) recording. Thanks to the SBD source, the audio quality is consistently high, allowing for a truly enjoyable listening experience.
