The COVID-19 pandemic raged worldwide, severely impacting concerts and events, leading to numerous cancellations and postponements. The legendary Rolling Stones were no exception, finally resuming their concert tour in the fall of 2021, but too late; Charlie Watts had passed away. Steve Jordan took over as drummer. The St. Louis concert on September 26th, which began with carrying on Charlie's legacy, featured Mick, who was in top form and in excellent shape, but Keith and Ron's decline was undeniable, making me wonder, "Are they okay?" However, the Nashville concert featured here gives the impression of "Hmm? They've recovered quite a bit?" Keith and Ron's guitar section has largely returned to form. Although it's an audience recording, the performance is well captured, and Keith's jagged guitar is perfectly reproduced. The sound image is a little unstable, so it might be a bit difficult for beginners to listen to. Fireworks went off at the end of the concert, causing severe distortion, so the volume has been adjusted and it has been edited to be gentler on the ears. As mentioned above, aside from the slightly unstable sound image, it is a very well recorded source. It is a valuable item that captures the current state of the great Rolling Stones, who will go down in rock history.
