This release features a live performance by the cult guitar-rock band TFC (Teenage Fanclub) at the 1993 Glastonbury Festival, sourced from a soundboard recording originally broadcast on the radio.

It also includes an acoustic set recorded for radio in 1995. The performance kicks off with "Hang-On"—featuring a roaring riff reminiscent of T. Rex—introduced by BBC Radio One DJ Jo Whiley.
