This release marks the first appearance of a complete soundboard recording from the July 12, 2003, show in Wilmington, Delaware—part of the US co-headlining tour with Dream Theater that followed the release of the album *Tribe*. While the official release from this tour (*The Art of Live* on CD and DVD) focused primarily on material from their later era, this recording features a completely different setlist centered on early songs from the *Empire* era and before. Furthermore, the encore collaborations with Dream Theater differ here; the set includes "The Spirit Carries On" and "Take Hold of the Flame"—one song from each band's repertoire—making this a release that fans will arguably appreciate far more than the official one.
