This release captures Led Zeppelin’s live performance at the Wiener Stadthalle in Vienna, Austria, on March 16, 1973, during their European tour. Taking place just before the release of the album *Houses of the Holy*, the setlist focuses primarily on tracks from the new record. Jimmy Page is in exceptional form, and Robert Plant’s high energy is particularly striking; Jimmy’s guitar work on the classic "Dazed and Confused" is nothing short of masterful. Throughout the performance, the band’s intense motivation comes through clearly. The arrangements of the songs are superb, ensuring a compelling experience from start to finish with no lulls. The sound quality is derived from the best available soundboard (SBD) source, supplemented by four different audience (AUD) recordings. The separation and stereo imaging are excellent, capturing the raw, unbridled energy unique to this period. The recording is consistently high-quality and free from distracting audience noise, allowing for an immersive listening experience from beginning to end.
