KISS - End of the Road Japan Tour 2022 Final This is a DVD with a Proshot recording of the live performance at Tokyo Dome: Tokyo Japan on November 30th. Although fans were deeply disappointed when the band's final Japanese leg concluded in Nagoya on November 19, 2019, a sudden announcement in 2022 regarding a return visit came as a massive surprise—specifically, a one-off show at the Tokyo Dome. This release captures the legendary hard rock band KISS in their final glory through a professional-quality recording. The stage set, adorned with massive figures of the band members, is a sight to behold; as this was billed as a "second" final tour, the band delivered a powerful, high-energy performance spanning approximately two hours. Disc 2 also includes footage of the pre-show soundcheck performance, a perk of the VIP package. The video utilizes professional-grade source material; while the original feed for the massive backdrop screens cut to black between songs, those gaps have been seamlessly patched with footage of the full stage, creating a highly realistic viewing experience. Thanks to these edits, moments that were previously lost during the blackouts—such as the show's opening and Gene Simmons' fire-breathing act—are now fully visible, allowing fans to enjoy the concert just as it was meant to be seen.
