This release captures the concert at Forest Hills Stadium in New York—part of the first leg of the U.S. "Second Coming Tour"—via a high-quality audience recording that offers a remarkably immersive atmosphere. One cannot help but marvel at the way the band meticulously yet groovily weaves together D'Angelo's beautiful, funky compositions. On "Sugah Daddy," the band executes a synchronized rhythmic figure 45 times—surpassing the 25 repetitions performed by Prince.
