This release captures the performance by the leading British extreme metal band Carcass at The Refectory (University of Leeds) in Leeds, England, on November 6, 2021, as part of the Damnation Festival 2021. Having been inactive since February 2020, this show marked their return to the stage after a hiatus of one year and nine months. As expected from a performance at the Damnation Festival, the atmosphere is electric; the crowd's enthusiasm is at a peak, and the band's high motivation translates into a powerful, compelling performance. Regarding sound quality, this is an audience recording derived from an excellent source; it offers great clarity and immediacy, is free from intrusive audience noise, and delivers a consistently high-quality listening experience.
