This recording captures the Bad English performance at the Airport Music Hall in Allentown, PA, on October 21, 1989, during their US tour. Formed after Journey went on hiatus in 1986, the band included members who had previously played with The Babys (where Jonathan Cain was a member). While the sound was driven by Neal Schon, the band was characterized by melodic lines distinct from the Journey sound. Overall, the performance delivers a powerful hard rock concert experience. Regarding sound quality, this is an audience recording; while there is some slight roughness, it conveys a sense of immediacy and the full impact of the live show.
